This session encourages you to break through barriers that hold you back from living your fullest potential and encourages a loving release and clearing of what needs to depart from your sphere of reality. Each experience is unique and serving your highest good every step of the way.  After a  centering  meditation you relax and let the universal life force work it's magic and facilitate your perfect healing in the moment.

Embrace the gift of replenishing yourself with the blessing of deep relaxation and a mindfully chosen collection of crystals to assist in balancing your body, mind and soul.  Divine Spirit guides this 1 hour experience that can help to enhance your connection to higher awareness, deeper fulfillment and increased joy on your life's path.  Reiki healing assists in diving deeper into your ability to release, restore and heal.

SHANTI FOOT BLISS
Destress,  relax & let go. As you tuck in on the cozy treatment table your feet are prepared with hot towels and your choice of aromatherapy. You choose the music as your eye pillow finds it's resting place as the midline of your body is adorned with a large Selenite wand focusing on balancing the energy centers of the body.  After mindful breath guidance you'll relax & receive.
Focus will be on the feet and all the gorgeous energy points that reside there corresponding to different areas of the body.  When you wake up you'll feel refreshed, a new sense of bliss and lightness not only on the bottom of your feet but throughout your entire being.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSION
